Seal and spacer selection

Match the service position as well as the model

Seal and spacer kits restore the internal sealing surfaces around a valve piston. The same valve family can have more than one service position: Fleck 9000 and 9100 documentation separates the 60125 upper kit from the 60421 lower kit. Material or flow-direction suffixes can also matter.

Review the 9000/9100 parts guide or the appropriate model page. Bypass and depressurize the equipment before internal service, and replace only the assembly documented for that valve body and position.
